FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: production of vodka called "General Sipyagin" involves preparation of alcohol water solution (assortment) bearing in mind production of 40% vodka and using rectified ethyl alcohol called "Extra" and corrected drinking water. Thus obtained "assortment" is thoroughly stirred and passed through carbon refinement battery at filtration rate 40 dal/h on fresh carbon and 30 dal/h on regenerated carbon. Filtered vodka is poured into adjustment tank, into which sodium succinate dissolved in corrected water is also added. Natural honey is dissolved in corrected water, brought to boil, filtered in hot state, cooled, and also added to adjustment tank. Simultaneously carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt" preliminarily dissolved in hot corrected water and invert sugar are added at stirring. Contents of adjustment tank are agitated, adjusted if necessary, and bottled after obligatory control filtration. Finished vodka contains following ingredients (per 1000 dal): sodium succinate 0.01-0,03 kg, natural honey 4.5-5.5 kg, carbohydrate modulus "Frulakt" 1.8-2.2 kg, invert sugar 11-12 l, ethyl alcohol "Extra" and corrected water (to give 40% alcohol) - the balance.
