FIELD: thermoelectric plants, hydroelectric power plants. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for cooling steam to preset parameters. Proposed cooling plant has injecting unit whose housing accommodates rigidly installed guide bushing with uniformly spaced through holes. Atomizer of unit is made in form of spool with flat end face and rod passed through bushing and provided with cone. Sealing surface of spool seat is made conical on other end face of bushing, with cylindrical section getting into seat made of on spool after bushing. Centrifugal nozzles are uniformly spaced in spool body concentrically to axis, active section of nozzles being brought out to its flat end face. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of cooling plant owing to forming atomized fuel spray cone in central part. 2 cl, 2 dwg
