FIELD: thermoelectric plants, hydroelectric power plants. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for cooling steam to preset parameters. Proposed cooling plant has injecting device whose housing is provided with at least two rows of nozzles and control member in form of tubular element with through holes installed in housing for axial displacement. Plant has spool valve whose stationary element is secured on end face of injecting device housing. Movable element is mounted on control member. EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation of cooling plant owing to enlarged range of steam temperature control. 4 cl, 3 dwg
