FIELD: thermoelectric plants, hydroelectric power plants. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for cooling steam to preset parameters. Proposed cooling plant has injecting device whose housing is provided with at least two rows of nozzles and control member with through ports coupled with drive rod. Flexible coupling is used between drive rod and control members in axial direction. Combined turning of control member and drive rod in radial direction is provided. Plants has spool valve whose fixed element (seat) is secured on end face of injecting device housing. Movable element is made in form of bead on control member. EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation of cooling plant owing to enlarged range of steam temperature control. 3 cl, 3 dwg
