FIELD: heat-power engineering; technological lines of heat and electric power plants, thermal electric power stations and steam central power plants for cooling steam to preset parameters. SUBSTANCE: cooling plant includes mixing chamber located in pipe line, injecting unit whose body is located along axis of pipe line and is connected with elbow brought out of pipe line and connected with cooling water supply branch pipe. It is provided with inter- jet widener with centrifugal swirler at the end communicated with vapor source and oriented towards outlet of injecting unit provided with centrifugal injector. Relative pressure drop at inter-jet widener and injecting unit is found from the following range: 1,0≥ΔPw/ΔPj≥0,8.. Ratio of distance "L" between inter-jet widener and injecting unit to diameter dn of injecting unit nozzle is equal to 40≥L/dn≥20.
