FIELD: radio engineering, radio communication. SUBSTANCE: proposed system of access to local network of mode of asynchronous transmission or segment of infrastructure of level of access incorporates aggregate of subscribers' devices or spreadings coupled to one or several internetwork centers having ports. Technical result is that above-mentioned centers provide for access to higher levels of network or from higher levels of network. It is achieved as above-mentioned network or segment is built with capability of communication of subscribers' devices or spreadings with internetwork centers with the aid of statistical angular-time multiplexing of elements of data transmitted within specified time intervals formatted into wide-band unidirectional channels of data transmission. In this case desired internetwork center is identified by number transmitted in field of identifier of virtual channel of each angular-time multiplexed element of data and source is identified by number transmitted in additional address field external to angular-time element of data but internal to assigned time interval. Above-mentioned network or segment is built with capability of communication of internetwork centers with subscribers' devices or spreadings by means of distribution switch. Desired subscriber's device is identified by number transmitted in additional address field and source is identified by number transmitted in field of identifier of virtual channel of specified element of data.
