SUBSTANCE: method of preparing a food product in the form of marshmallow is characterized in that pre-sprouted buckwheat, apple, pear, dates, orange juice, apple juice, water, or pre-sprouted grains of wheat, flax, apple, lingonberry, orange juice, lingonberry juice, water, or pre-sprouted pea grain, orange, tangerine, apricot juice, water, or pre-sprouted wheat grain, apple, carrot, pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, orange juice, apple juice, water are loaded into a rotary-pulsation type disperser, where for 30- 40 minutes they are subjected to hydrodynamic cavitation dispersion, resulting in fine crushing, intensive mixing and pasteurization of the product, the resulting mixture is poured into trays and dried in a dehydrator, then cut, packed in sterile packaging and sealed. Food product in the form of marshmallow prepared by this method is characterized by the fact that it is made from (wt. %): germinated buckwheat grain - 37, apple, pear, date - 33, orange juice, apple juice, water - 30, or germinated wheat grain - 16.5, germinated flax grain - 5, apple, lingonberry - 43, orange juice, lingonberry juice, water - 35.5, or sprouted pea grain - 18, orange, tangerine - 52, apricot juice, water - 30, or germinated wheat grain - 12, apple, carrot, pumpkin - 45, pumpkin seeds - 3, juice orange, apple juice, water - 40.
EFFECT: food product that has a composition that is completely natural and saturated with useful macro-microelements, which, when consumed, is easily absorbed by the human body, whereas the safety of useful substances in the product is ensured.
