Food product in the form of marshmallow prepared by this method is characterized by the fact that it is made from (wt. %): germinated buckwheat grain - 37, apple, pear, date - 33, orange juice, apple juice, water - 30, or germinated wheat grain - 16.5, germinated flax grain - 5, apple, lingonberry - 43, orange juice, lingonberry juice, water - 35.5, or sprouted pea grain - 18, orange, tangerine - 52, apricot juice, water - 30, or germinated wheat grain - 12, apple, carrot, pumpkin - 45, pumpkin seeds - 3, juice orange, apple juice, water - 40.

EFFECT: food product that has a composition that is completely natural and saturated with useful macro-microelements, which, when consumed, is easily absorbed by the human body, whereas the safety of useful substances in the product is ensured.
