FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting recipient blood vessel in two diametrically opposite points on a circle at a length equal to two diameter measurements. The both blood vessel wall halves are turned with their tunica intima outside. The anastomosis is built by end-to-end apposition of the doubled intima of the recipient and donor blood vessel. Interrupted sutures are stitched in equal intervals of blood vessel circumferences. EFFECT: prevented thrombosis; improved microvascular anastomosis function. 3 dwg
