FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying prolonged course of photodynamic therapy during 5-10 sessions with 24 h pause between the sessions and laser radiation dose fractioned. One session radiation dose is equal to 30-60 J/cm2. Photosensibilizer agent is once intravenously injected at a dose of 0.3-0.8 mg/kg of body weight 1-1.5 h before the first session being applied. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment in healing generalized and/or infiltrated skin lesions; excluded local complications. 1 tbl
