FIELD: technology of platinum metals and compounds thereof. SUBSTANCE: concentrate of platinum metals is purified from impurities. Ruthenium and osmium are separated and dissolved. Gold is extracted from solution. Platinum metals remaining in solution are purified by extraction from iron, antimony and tin. Palladium is extracted from raffinate. Platinum metals remaining in aqueous phase are precipitated by electrolysis. Melt is dissolved and platinum is extracted from solution. Alloy of platinum metals is once again precipitated by electrolysis from the resulting raffinate. Iridium and rhodium are recovered by extraction from solution resulting from dissolution. Palladium and platinum from rextracts are precipitated by electrolysis directly as metals. After recovery of platinum and palladium, electrolytes and also rextract of tin and iron are further purified to remove platinum metals to give discharge solutions. EFFECT: elimination of formation of mother liquors that need processing, and simplified method. 1 dwg, 1 ex
