FIELD: wind-power engineering; wind-power plants with vertical axis of rotation of rotor. SUBSTANCE: rotor is provided with vertical shaft and at least two wing-profile blades connected with this shaft and located symmetrically relative to axis of rotation of shaft. Each blade is connected with shaft by means of upper and lower profiled half-wings located in one vertical plane passing through their longitudinal axes; they are mounted at acute angle relative to shaft and to blade; root parts of half-wings are connected to shaft by means of attachment units and are located at distance from each other vertically. Half-wing tips are connected by means of coupling units and located at distance vertically forming upper and lower wing panels and articulated wing of closed load-bearing configuration in form of trapezium. EFFECT: increased tractive force and coefficient of use of wind power; simplified construction; enhanced reliability of rotor. 16 cl, 2 dwg
