FIELD: instrument making, possibly systems for providing stable temperature operation modes of electronic equipment units. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing, cooler, module arranged inside housing for temperature stabilization, heat sensitive member placed between module and cooler. On outer surface of housing there is radiator. Housing has heat conductive base; number of modules is no less than 2. Body of heat sensitive member has heat conductive connection with body of module. At least two electronic units with heat conductive casings are arranged between heat conductive faces of radiator. The last has heat conductive connection with body of heat sensitive member. Heat insulation member is placed between modules and their surface turned to radiator. Cooler is in the form of part of housing made of heat conductive material. Apparatus also includes heat insulation member arranged between heat conductive base and cooler outside heat sensitive member. The last provides possibility for removing heat from bodies of modules and electronic units to cooler when temperature of modules exceeds set value and for supplying heat to modules from electronic units when temperature of modules becomes less than set value. EFFECT: simplified design, lowered size, reduced power consumption, enlarged range of means for heat stabilization. 7 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
