FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves directing electrically activated drying agent containing mixture of air-ozone and ions OH-, O- and H+ through cereal layer; exposing cereal layer to permanent electric field and simultaneously to sign-variable electric field. Mentioned processes are performed in cyclic mode, with field exposing ratio being 3:1. Given sequence and cycle of electric fields provide reduced time and power consumption for cereal crop drying process. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of dried cereals. 1 dwg
