DEVICE FOR CLEANING OF INTERNAL SURFACE OF TANK FOR STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF OIL PRODUCTS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for cleaning of walls of vessels from residual oil products and impurities. SUBSTANCE: device has hose for supply of washing liquid and/or steam connected with spraying multinozzle head, means for changing position of head on which means for mechanical cleaning of tank internal surface are installed. Spraying multinozzle head is made in form of two-sectional body. The first section is connected with hose for supply of washing liquid, and the second section is installed for rotation round the first one. Communicated with side surface of the second section are branch pipes. Installed square to each branch pipe end is reactive head with spraying nozzle. All nozzles are made with same direction of vector of force moment between direction of corresponding branch pipe from the second section and direction of force of reactive jet coming from nozzle of liquid and/or steam. Means for mechanical cleaning of tank internal surface are made in form of flexible or spring- loaded scrapers attached to branch pipe lower side and reactive heads. Free end of the second section has plug through which discharge hose is passed and connected with means of pumping out of liquid fraction. EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning of tank internal surface of any configuration and type of oil product without damage to tank internal surface. 8 cl, 2 dwg
