FIELD: transplantation of organs. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organ- preservation solutions and transplantation methods. Solutions are balanced isotonic aqueous solutions of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate ions in physiologically acceptable amounts (approximately at least 1.0 to 5.0 mcM) containing amyloride compounds.
