SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and may be used for tissue growth and regeneration stimulation. That is ensured by contacting said tissue with a prostaglandin signalling pathaway activator and a wnt pathaway activator. The prostaglandin signalling pathaway activator is specified in a group consisting of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), prostaglandin 12 (PG12), 16-phenyltetranorPCE2, 16,16-dimethyl PGE2, 19(R)-ran,poKCH-PGE2, 16,16-dimethylPCE2 "п"-("п"-acetamidobenzamido)phenyl ester, O-deoxy-9-methylene-16,16-dimethyl PGE2, methyl ester PGE2, butraprost, 15(S)-15-methyl PGE2, 15(R)-15-methyl PGE2, 20-hydroxyPOE2, 11-deoxy-16,16-dimethyl PGE2, 9-deoxy-9-methylene PGE2, POE2serinolamide and sulprostone. The wnt pathaway activator is specified in a group consisting of 6-bromindirubin-3'-oxime (BIO), LiCl and soluble polypeptide Wnt8. What is also presented is a pharmaceutical composition for tissue growth/regeneration stimulation in a subject.

EFFECT: invention provides a synergetically enhanced tissue growth and regeneration ensured by the use of a combination of the prostaglandin signalling pathaway activator and the wnt pathaway activator.
