Abstract RU 2397641 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to the solution for perfusion, preservation and/or reperfusion of organs, especially heart, for the purpose of transplantation. The solution contains at least one peptide inhibitor of protein kinase C βII (PKC βII), representing the SEQ ID No:l, and/or at least one peptide inhibitor of protein kinase C ζ, (PKC ζ), representing SEQ ID No:2 or Go6983 and/or, at least one peptide activator of protein kinase C δ (PKC δ), representing SEQ ID No:2. Also methods of application the solution are described, including the method of preservation of organ for transplantation, protection of ischemic body from injury, reduction of organ dysfunction after ischemia, preserving release of nitric oxide in ischemic organ, and protection of the body from damage when isolated from circulation.
