FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental transplantology. Artificial urinary bladder is formed from free musculocutaneous autotransplant on vascular pedicle. Motor thoracodorsal nerve, with dimensions 15.5 cm x 24 cm is included into composition of oval autotransplant. Distal part of transplant rectangular with dimensions 2 x 4 cm is rolled into tube on Foley catheter. Proximal oval part is unfolded and fixed to formed tube. Lateral walls of reservoir are formed. Distal ends of ureters are modelled and passed between muscular bundles of muscular part of autotransplant along 3 cm under muscle. Motor branch of obturator nerve is isolated. Motor reinnervation of muscular base of autotransplant is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of urinary bladder plasty due to possibility of involuntary contraction of muscular base of autotransplant, improve patient's functional results and life quality, reduce surgical risk.
