FIELD: technical physics, specifically, study and analysis of materials with use of optical media. SUBSTANCE: monitoring of liquid biological medium, for instance, components of dialytic liquid in process of hemodialysis based on formation of light beam of continuous spectrum source in controlled zone of liquid biological medium, on dispersion of passed radiation in spectrum consists in transmission of luminous radiation through dish with solutions of analyzed components of known concentration before start of monitoring, in decomposition of passed radiation in spectrum and in determination of section of spectrum that includes all absorption bands of analyzed components. Then change of characteristics in this section is determined and spectral coefficients of correlation of absorption dynamics per each analyzed component are computed. Later luminous flux is transmitted through dish with liquid biological medium, radiation passed in spectrum is decomposed and transmission coefficient of liquid medium is measured. Finally concentration of analyzed components is computed by spectral coefficients of correlation of absorption dynamics. Proposed device has light source, optical system forming light beam, dish with biological liquid medium flowing through it, spectrometer and controller installed in series, controlling computer, unit controlling parameters of recording and tuning of spectrometer, processor of present spectrum, unit controlling monitoring parameters, timer, input data unit, processing unit, output data unit, display, unit of algorithms. Controlling computer is connected to controller on one side and to unit controlling parameters of recording and tuning of spectrometer and input data unit on the other side. The latter is connected in its turn to unit controlling monitoring parameters. First output of controlling computer is connected to input of processor of present spectrum whose output is linked to display. Second output of controlling computer is connected to timer, processing unit and unit of algorithms connected in series. Unit of algorithms is connected to display and output data unit. Output of processor of present spectrum is connected to input of timer. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of information, expanded range of monitored indices of liquid biological medium. 6 dwg
