SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy, immunology, occupational pathology, and can be used for the diagnosis of chronic non-obstructive bronchitis (CNB). To do this, determine the content of immunoglobulins G (IgG) and M (Ig M) in serum and diagnostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated. With the value of F1 more F2 CNB is diagnosed; at F1 less than F2 – make a conclusion about lack of data for CNB.

EFFECT: method allows to expand the arsenal of methods for diagnosis of CNB by using modern, informative and accessible immunological methods during periodic medical examinations aimed at identifying violations in the state of health, including occupational pathology.
