FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: interface 10 of personal radio communication system is adapted to secure compatibility with interface 20 of cellular mobile network. Radio beacon of personal radio communication system includes two packages for frequency correction and synchronization correspondingly. Formats of these packages are determined in agreement with formats of packages of channels of correction and synchronization employed in cellular mobile network Information message transmitted over synchronization channel of personal radio communication system incorporates information on status and identification related to personal radio communication system. Channel of request for access is determined for personal radio communication system. This channel provides possibility of mobile terminal to request access to personal radio communication system. Protocol of channel of request for access of personal radio communication system ( in backward communication line ) is similar to protocol of channel of allotment of access to cellular network used in forward communication line. As version, protocol of synchronization channel of cellular network in forward communication line can be used as channel of request for access in personal radio communication system ( in forward communication line ). Therefore, mobile terminal 26 can be used as wireless telephone of personal radio communication system.
