FIELD: cellular communication systems maintaining connections in zone-to-zone transfer. SUBSTANCE: separation control is effected by multistep method for mobile connections controlled by original radiolink controller or sender radiolink controller also using secondary radiolink controller or addressee radiolink controller. Each non-sender radiolink controller has separation control units that function to separate and integrate connections for all base stations being connected and belonging to non-sender radiolink controller so that only one transport connection should exist between sender radiolink controller and addressee radiolink controller for mobile connection. Sender radiolink controller has separating service transfer unit that separates connections and integrates them not only with respect to base stations being connected which belong to sender radiolink controller but also with respect to one transport connection for each addressee radiolink controller included in mobile connection. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and economic efficiency of integration and separation for mobile multicircuit connections. 12 cl, 16 dwg
