FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out and separating rectangular flap from superficial sclera layers and triangular flap from the deep layers having its base near the limb. External wall of the Schlemm's canal is removed with a strip of corneoscleral tissue from scleral spur to transparent cornea layers with following superficial sclera layer fixation. The suprachoroidal space is accessed at the top of the triangular flap. The trabecula is opened in point mode. The suspended iris root is dissected in radial direction and the pedicles of the produced coloboma are constricted the superficial scleral flap. EFFECT: prevented traumatic complications; slower intraocular fluid outflow from the posterior chamber. 7 dwg
