SUBSTANCE: described are solid catalyst system component for (co)polymerization of ethylene comprising inorganic support, transition metal metallocene, ionizer and group VIB metal compound, and method of preparing solid catalyst system component. Solid compound comprising inorganic support and group VIB metal compound is prepared in first stage, and compound which is sulthentically transition metal metallocene, and compound, which is substantially ionizer is added to said compound second stage; catalyst system for (co)polymerization of ethylene is prepared by making said solid catalyst component to contact with organometalic compound; method of polymerization of olefins which uses said catalyst system, use of new catalyst system component makes it possible to prepare polyethylenes with wide molecular weight and high flow indexes which are useful in such methods as injection molding.
