FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described are new ethylene homo-and copolymers having sevelling degree of at least 1.4, crack resistance under load of at least 55 hours and fluidity index of at least of 0.2 g/10 min. Also described is method of preparation thereof. Ethylene homo-and copolymers have preferable combination of properties which make them especially suitable for treatment by method of extrusion and extrusion to prepare products (e.g.pipes) having superb mechanical properties and especially high crack resistance under load.
