SUBSTANCE: apparatus for heat treatment of working medium in fluidized bed of dispersed packing includes vertical housing with gas-distributing grate on which dispersed packing is placed. Sectionalizing grate open area equal to 50 - 80 % with amount of holes equal to 2 to 10 diameters of particles of dispersed packing or stack of grates with fraction of free volume in of 85 to 95 % is placed ad definite height from gas-distributing grate in layer of dispersed packing.
