FIELD: pulsed gas lasers. SUBSTANCE: laser uses a high-voltage nanosecond voltage pulse generator, electrode, located in a dielectric body and connected to the generator via the central conductor of the coaxial line, and an electromagnetic screen enveloping the body and connected to the external conductor of the coaxial line. The laser is provided at least with one pair of dielectric tubes installed with one ends in the body on both sides of the laser axis of symmetry at a distance from one other and at a distance from the electrode end. The axis of the dielectric tubes coincide in pairs, and ports for outlet of radiation are made on the other ends of the dielectric tubes that are distant from the laser axis of symmetry. EFFECT: eliminated pulse reflections between the discharge gap and generator, enhanced laser efficiency and stability of laser radiation from pulse to pulse, improved uniformity of gas excitation in length of the laser active medium, possibility of increase of the volume of the active medium at a constant efficiency of pumping, eliminated electromagnetic interference in space enveloping the laser. 8 cl, 4 dwg
