SUBSTANCE: machine includes two embossing cylinders having slightly different diameters and rotating with the same circumferential velocity. It provides continuous change of mutually engaging protrusions of both embossing cylinders due to different angular velocity values of said cylinders. At predetermined stage protrusions of each cylinder are shifted, it provides uniform loading and wear of them. EFFECT: significantly increased useful life period of cylinders due to uniform wear of their protrusions. 10 cl, 8 dwg
