FIELD: sanitary engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed handwheel has hollow body with faceted hole receiving tail-piece of respective shape. Sleeve has sectional body consisting of decorative outer spheroidal envelope provided with cooling fins and at least one projection and five recesses ensuring flexible coupling with projections intersecting gasket and engaged with perforated base. One side of end face of detachable part of sleeve, perforations are trapezoidal in shape with curvilinear bases; plane is engaged with toroidal surface of projection which is closed by filled when it is connected with taper projection having blind cylindrical and through faceted holes; its boundary is engaged with blind end engaged with radial adapter whose boundaries are formed by riffles.
