The autotransplant and autotransplant bed are treated with helium-neon laser with 180°,=633 nm, t= 180'' and p=15. Heterotopic spleen transplantation is carried out into the pocket in retroperitoneal space above the splenic angle of the colon. The peritoneum is sutured with separate sutures. EFFECT: reliable coalescence of the transplant.
