FIELD: concentration of minerals; heavy metal processing. SUBSTANCE: starting material is preliminarily washed off by means of hydraulic monitor in buddle, after which it is subjected to additional washing-off and pulp is prepared by delivery of water from hydraulic monitor to vibrating screen-sluice box in counter flow relative to starting material. Separated particles are held by inertial forces on entrapping coat in form of pulp revolving in plane of sluice box; thus intermediate concentrate and pulp are obtained for further heavy and medium concentration - 10 mm. Concentrate is periodically removed from sluice box riffles. Coarse fraction +10 mm goes to waste. Pulp is additionally concentrated in mechanical chute with natural heavy medium at delivery of stirring water to heavy fraction which is periodically removed. Light is fed to vibrating screen wherefrom +1 mm goes to waste and undersize is twisted in hydraulic column by means of ejection where heavy fine particles are entrapped by means of heavy medium between cylindrical surfaces. EFFECT: increased extraction of fine heavy particles. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
