SUBSTANCE: continuous quick-freezing apparatus includes chamber, refrigerating machine, loading and unloading chutes and gas distributing system which is made in form of three cascades arranged stepwise. Air distributing grate is provided with guide vanes having bent tips. Line of centers of guide vanes is located obliquely at angle β. This angle and rounding-off radius of vanes are determined by definite relationship. Sound-proof devices are fitted on second cascade. EFFECT: accelerated freezing. 4 dwg
