FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming two parallel canals in the neophallus for introducing phalloprosthesis rods. The rods are introduced into the prepared canals. Periosteal flaps are cut out on the surface of ischiopubic arches near the phalloprosthesis base. The phalloprosthesis pedicles are attached to the edges of the ischiopubic arch periosteum flaps with interrupted sutures. The phalloprosthesis pedicles are wrapped with periosteal flaps. Flaps edges are attached to the ischiopubic arch periosteum with interrupted sutures. EFFECT: stable fastening of the prosthesis; improved functional results. 1 dwg
