FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves superimposing single-layer ribbon, manufactured from Fiber-Splint micro glass fiber material, over vestibular surface of the teeth prepared to the procedure. Ribbon ends are fixed, six-layer Fiber- Splint ML micro glass fiber ribbon is placed on the oral surface and ribbon ends are joined. Another way involves preliminarily manufacturing the carcass from single-layer Fiber-Splint micro glass fiber ribbon taken as two strips so that one of the ribbons is fixed on two adjacent teeth on different surfaces, one of which is oral and the other one is vestibular with transition segment in the interdental space. Teeth surfaces are alternated when fixing the second ribbon. The carcass formation is finished with six-layer Fiber-Splint ML ribbon placed on the oral surface of the teeth prepared to the procedure. To make fixation in the splinting unit of an artificial tooth, carcass is produced according to the first or the second version so that the carcass is primarily formed on an artificial tooth applying single-layer Fiber-Splint ribbon usable for forming the main carcass.
