FIELD: electronic plasma facilities for use on ground and in space. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has widened magnetic pole piece made in form of truncated cone opened from both ends and designed for mounting behind the plane of plasma engine outlet hole. Plasma engine has ionizing and accelerating ring channel, peripheral and central pole pieces arranged at both sides of ring channel to create magnetic field practically radial in plane perpendicular to ring channel axis. Device has also additional peripheral magnetic circuit connecting rear end of widened magnetic pole piece with peripheral pole piece. Widened magnetic pole piece interacts with additional peripheral magnetic circuit and central pole piece to form magnetic field, and with ring channel to keep ion beam radiated by ring channel inside conical zone whose angle in preliminarily determined top is defined by apex angle of widened pole piece.
