FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed internal combustion engine has cylinder 1, piston 2, connecting rod 3 and camshaft 4 with cam 5. Connecting rod 3 and piston 2 are rigidly connected to each other. End of connecting rod 3 from side camshaft 4 is furnished with roller 6 and rocker 7. Provision is made for rocking the rocker 7 relative to its axle 8. Constant movable contact of roller 6 with profiled surface of cam 5 is provided by spring 9. Spring 10 provides rocking of rocker relative to its axle 8 between connecting rod 3 and cam 5 of camshaft 4. EFFECT: increased efficiency of engine. 3 dwg
