OIL FILTER PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ITS EMBODIMENT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: solid waste processing. SUBSTANCE: method includes clamping of oil filter body by means of clamping device, cutting of oil filter body into casing and base, separation of casing from base, and separation of internal elements of oil filter from casing and body. Oil filter casing is separated from base by means of permanent magnet, and internal elements of oil filter are separated from casing and base by force of gravity. The device has at least one clamping device designed for clamping and rotating of oil filter body, cutting unit intended for cutting of oil filter body at moment of rotation of oil filter located in chuck, intake devices for different parts of oil filter. The clamping device is positioned on the first rotating drum installed on frame which carries the second rotating drum with permanent magnets arranged on it. Number of permanent magnets is equal to that of the clamping devices. Both drums are positioned on frame so that their axes of rotation are arranged horizontally, in parallel to each other and at a distance which value is adjusted depending on height of oil filter to be processed. Detachable device for removal of casing is mounted in lower part of frame in zone of the second drum rotation. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 8 cl, 4 dwg
