FIELD: forecasting of anomalies of ecosphere on the Earth or on its part. SUBSTANCE: generalization of ecosphere parameters is conducted during previous estimating period. These data are added by similar parameters for historic period and by parameters of monitoring the atmosphere from the satellite. These parameters are inscribed on map of the Earth or its part in the form of fields or points of anomalies. These fields and points of anomalies are compared with complex of astronomic parameters combining in geocosmic resonances by application on map of the Earth or its part coordinates of resonances calculated in geocentric, heliocentric or galactic systems of reference and indexing extreme disturbances of separate spheres and components of ecosphere - tidal, gravitational and electromagnetic types from sun, moon and planets. When selecting seasons-analogs, configurations of cosmogeophysical resonances are considered on sphere of the Earth with clearance up to 4 min by time and extrapolated for future geocosmic communications exposed during previous estimating period. Then time and place of anomaly is determined in the form of field or extreme point. EFFECT: guarantee of maximum reliability and truth of long-term and ultra-long-term forecasts of various anomalies in ecosphere including ecosociospheric ones. 2 cl, 1 dwg
