FIELD: making forecasting scenarios of anticipated nature-caused anomalies and their extrapolation to the future with practically unlimited advancement of determined geocosmic relations. SUBSTANCE: forecasts of anomalies of summer precipitation and of thermal resources, forecasts of winter temperatures and precipitation, forecasts of areas of extreme humidification, forecasts of natural factors of productivity of agricultural cultures, forecasts of anomalies of river flows and forecasts of variations of level of closed lakes are made. Then calculated diagrams of forecasts mentioned above are considered as complex. Determined geocosmic relations in their quantitative and qualitative expression, in their spatial and time aspects, in averaged characteristics and at level of individual event are extrapolated to the future. After this forecasting scenario of anticipated nature-caused anomalies is prepared. Method pushes up authenticity of prediction to 70% and more of threshold of economic significance of forecasts and expands possibilities of its practical usage for adaptation of branches of nature management to natural and climatic anomalies.
