FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: first-aid dressing has package made of multilayer combined material and dressing set including two multilayer pads. One of multilayer pads is fixed on retentive bandage and other pad is movable along retentive bandage. According to first embodiment, pads have atraumatic, carbonic, sorption and protective layers; second embodiment has pads with atraumatic-sorption and protective layers; third embodiment has pads with atraumatic, sorption and protective layers; fourth embodiment has pads with atraumatic, antimicrobial, sorption and protective layers. Dressings of such structure used for rendering first aid, as well as for preventing development of wound infection, provide reliable retention and apply required initial pressure to patient's body.
