Lower surface of the fixing bandage outer end is glued to one of the two-sided tape "Scotch" surface, the other surface of which is coated with a protective polymer film. Absorbent pads are connected to the fixing bandage with the possibility of movement. Also, a fixing band tightener is made with a fixing bandage and made of a polymer elastic material in the form of an oval ring which changes the shape to a round ring when subjected to a lateral force of more than 14 kg. Upper main arc of the oval of the tightening bandage tensioner consists of two elements, the lower ends of which are connected to the lower main arc of the oval hinge, and the upper ones - by means of a lock.
