FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device used for thermal stabilization of earth at foundation foot of buildings and structures being erected in areas of seasonal and eternal frost has soil and air heat exchangers, heating conduit connecting them and made in the form of soft corrugated hose. Novelty is that device is provided with heat accumulator made in the form of tube enveloping air heat exchanger with gap filled with antifreeze. Heating conduit is provided with nipple joined through its bottom end to soil heat exchanger and through its top end, to bottom tube end of heat accumulator. Soft hose is fastened to bottom end of air heat exchanger through its top end and to internal surface of nipple through bottom one below level of seasonal frosting and defrosting of earth for relative axial displacement together with air heat exchanger. EFFECT: improved operating efficiency of device within passive period due to maintaining cryologic proprieties of foot soil acquired during active period. 2 cl, 2 dwg
