FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device used for thermal stabilization of earth at foundation foot of buildings and structures being erected in areas of seasonal and eternal frost has soil and air heat exchangers, as well as heating conduit connecting them. Novelty is that part of heating conduit abutting upon air heat exchanger is made in the form of flexible corrugated hose placed in its internal space. Air heat exchanger is connected to heating conduit body by means of easily separated joint; length of corrugated branch in stretched position does not exceed that of air heat exchanger. Thermal device is easy to install in earth in vicinity of foundation laying area due to dispensing with its mounting inside foundation being erected. EFFECT: improved operating efficiency; facilitated installation of thermal device. 2 cl, 1 dwg
