DISINTEGRATOR FOR CHLORELLA AND HEAVY AND LIGHT WATER MOLECULE ASSOCIATES Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant to be used on battery farms to utilize dung for production of methane, heavy water, protein-vitamin additive, and biological fertilizers. Disintegrator has casing with inlet and outlet connection pipes, coaxial rotor with closed holes interacting over annular channel with casing holes, which belong to perforated ring forming hollow space with casing separated from outlet connection pipe. Inlet connection pipe communicates with annular, concentrically disposed cavities connected to annular channel by means of radial through openings. Outlet parts of through openings are located between closed holes on cylindrical surface of rotor. Hollow space between perforated ring and casing communicates with subsequent steps of dynamic disintegrators and inlet box of electrolysis installation incorporating alkali and acid solution sections. Inlet connection pipe of the first step of dynamic disintegrators is joined to chlorella generator, whose upper section communicates through mash pipeline and lower section through biogas pipeline with bioreactor incorporating acid, neutral, alkali, and methane fermentation sections, all provided with disperser. Methane fermentation section is connected through sludge pipeline with belt press-filter. Lower section of chlorella generator is connected to centrifugal microfilter, which communicates through mash pipeline with inlet connection pipe of the first step of dynamic disintegrators.
