FIELD: devices for production of fibrous materials from melts of thermoplasts. SUBSTANCE: device has a hollow reactor rotating in horizontal plane and having on its internal surface flat ribs, heater, circular air duct, flat cover and hollow sleeve installed inside reactor. Open part of the reactor is made in the form of diverging cone. Sleeve is installed without clearance to ribs but with clearance between its bottom and reactor bottom, and also between their conical parts. Sleeve walls and bottom are of two layers. External layer presented to reactor is made of metal, and internal layer is made of heat-insulating material. Sleeve is filled with heat-insulating material. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device due to higher quality of produced fibers, reduced specific power consumption, increased operating reliability of the device. 16 cl, 3 dwg
