FIELD: metallurgy and turbine construction.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of a high-heat treatment of castings made out of a heat-resistant monocrystalline nickel alloys. The invention is dealt with the branches of metallurgy, namely, with a high-heat treatment of castings made out of multi-component high-temperature alloys on a nickel base with the monocrystalline structure, intended mainly for production of the vanes for turbine engines predominantly for production of the gas turbine engines (GTE) and gas turbine installations (GTI) in aircraft and power industries. The offered method of high-heat treatment of a casting made out of the heat- resistant monocrystalline nickel alloy provides for a casting heating up to temperature, that is lower the temperature of the solidus line, aggregate exposure and subsequent refrigerating with a speed of no less than 50 °С per a minute. At that before the high-heat treatment a layer of ceramics is applied on a casting and a preliminary high-heat treatment is conducted by its heating and aggregate exposure at the temperature by 5-15 °С higher than the temperature of the solidus line and refrigerating with the subsequent disposal of the ceramic layer.
EFFECT:
The invention allows to increase effectiveness of production and quality of the turbine vanes.
