FIELD: metallurgy; heat treatment of high-temperature deformable nickel-based high alloys and heavily-loaded parts made from such alloys which work at temperature higher than 650 C, gas-turbine engine disks in particular. SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary annealing, annealing for solid solution at specified cooling followed by two-stage ageing: first at temperature of from 450 to 550 C for 6-24 h and then at temperature of from 860 to 950 C for 24 h. Preliminary annealing is performed at temperature of from 900 to 1120 C for 4-6 h. Annealing for solid solution is carried out at temperatures of complete dissolving of γ′-phase (Tcdγ′)+5 C to Tcdγ′ +30 C for 4-12 h. Cooling carried out after annealing for solid solution is performed first at rate of 1-5 C/min to temperature from Tcdγ′-45°C to Tcdγ′-55°C at delay of 15-45 min and then at rate of 30-90 C/min to temperature not above 450 C.
