FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: system has cooling liquid internal circulation circuit including engine cooling spaces, three-way cock with stopper rotation drive, liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger and circulating pump. System is provided also with external circulation circuit of cooling agent connected to internal circuit through liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. Cooling liquid temperature transmitter is installed in cooling liquid internal circulation circuit between engine cooling spaces and three-way cock. Temperature transmitter is connected through electronic temperature control unit to three-way cock stopper rotation drive. Heat recovery boiler is installed on engine exhaust pipe. Internal circuit has additional heat exchanger located between three-way cock and connected with heat recovery boiler through circulating pump. EFFECT: stabilization of cooling liquid temperature at all operating duties of engine at changes of ambient air temperatures. 2 cl, 1 dwg
