FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises an internal combustion engine, a waste-heat loop and heat consumption loops. The waste-heat loop uses heat of spent gases and includes a gas and liquid heat exchanger with a gate, a temperature controller with an actuating mechanism for gate drive, a pump unit for circulation of coolant, an expansion tank and piping. Heat consumption loops comprise a liquid-liquid heat exchanger, which is designed for supply of heat to a system of liquid cooling of an internal combustion engine, a liquid-oil heat exchanger - for a system of lubrication of an internal combustion engine, a liquid-oil heat exchanger - for a speed change box, liquid heat exchangers - for master bridges and other reducers of a self-propelled machine transmission. In systems of liquid cooling, lubrication of an internal combustion engine and lubrication of a speed change box there are cooling radiators and temperature controllers. EFFECT: reduced time of after-start-up heating, increased cost effectiveness, traction capacity, reliability of operation of aggregates of a motor-transmission plant of a self-propelled machine operating in wide range of environmental temperatures, by using of heat of exhaust gases.
