FIELD: public services; reworking of wastes. SUBSTANCE: in the course of sorting wastes, ferrous and non-ferrous metals are separated; preparation for reworking is effected by wet grinding, wet crushing, ultrasonic abrading followed by cleaning the energy- producing intermediate product from toxic elements and ions of heavy metals. Energy- producing colloidal liquid intermediate product thus formed is subjected to heat treatment and is fed in a jet to boiler equipped with fluidized bed furnace. Waste reworking plant includes unit for preparation of heterogeneous wastes in solid and liquid aggregation state for utilization which consists of the following units connected in series: grinding unit, crushing unit, ball mill, high- frequency grinder, unit for automatic delivery of reagents to ball mill, electrochemical cleaning mixer, reservoir for accumulation and structuralization of energy-producing colloidal liquid intermediate product and service tank.
